Secure, control and track sensitive documents shared with external users
Legitimately shared content for external sharing can be vulnerable to security breaches
External collaboration is increasingly important and becoming an essential practice in today’s business environment in which outsourcing and collaboration become norms. However, security concerns are also increasing as the shared documents often contain sensitive or confidential information such as personally identifiable information (PII) and trade secrets, intellectual properties, etc. In general, outgoing data is liable to be compromised by the immediate needs for external collaboration. A written non-disclosure agreement (NDA) may be a typical measure to ensure the security over shared information, as a minimum preventive action to securely share confidential information with external entities.
