Ron Arden, Vice President and CMO of Fasoo USA, presented on August 21, 2014 at a forum in Indianapolis, IN on “Key Trends Changing How Organizations Share, Secure and Utilize Confidential Content and Data”. Sponsored by Fasoo, partner Neocol, IBM and Notable Solutions, the session provided business and technical leaders with an understanding of the challenges organizations face when trying to securely share content in our highly mobile and social media driven environment. Mobile security is a major area of concern for many companies.

Bill Blake, President, and Ron Arden, Vice President and CMO of Fasoo USA, presented on August 12, 2014 at a forum for local businesses in Columbus, OH on “Defending the Enterprise Against Insider Threats”. Sponsored by Fasoo and partner The Dayhuff Group, the session provided business and technical leaders with an understanding of the threats to intellectual property and other sensitive information posed by trusted insiders.
Bill focused on the problems of malicious or accidental disclosure of confidential information by trusted insiders as a major threat to any organization. This includes employees, contractors, consultants and business partners that have access to sensitive information. Bradley Manning and Edward Snowden may be the most famous of this lot, but even just recently, more revelations are emerging on additional threats to the US government.
Bill Blake, President of Fasoo USA, and Justin Kline, Director of Solution Sales and Marketing for Neocol, presented on July 29, 2014 at the IBM Big Data Integration & Governance Forum 2014 in Atlanta, GA. One attendee was interested in meeting compliance requirements by ensuring that only authorized uses have access to sensitive data. Three weeks ago, we saw record numbers visit us at our solution provider session as well as at our booth at this year’s Gartner Security & Risk Management Summit in National Harbor, MD. On June 25, Bill Blake, Fasoo USA President, and Ron Arden, Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer, presented on ‘Defending the Enterprise Against Trusted Insiders’ with over 200 people in attendance.
With the constant theme of insider threats throughout the summit, most people were looking for the best solution to mitigate the risk of insider threats.
I think 2014 will be the year that Enterprise Digital Rights Management (EDRM) hits the mainstream. Judging from the reaction of attendees at this year’s Gartner Security & Risk Management Summit in National Harbor, MD, people are beginning to understand that many of the technologies they currently use can’t close the gap when it comes to protecting themselves from Insider Threats.
Traffic at Fasoo’s booth was very high as people were trying to find the best solutions to solve the problem of motivated insiders causing potential havoc to their organizations They saw that Fasoo EDRM can help.
